Lexi is just lovely, professional and pleasant throughout the booking. initially I was just curious about Draculas Castle but after looking at the package, the hotel and what Bucharest has to offer thanks to Lexi,s knowledge and support, I am excited for the adventure. Very happy with my 3 day break in Poland, arranged by Jordan. The Auschwitz/Birkenau tour was grim of course, but our tour guide was excellent. Also did an amazing 3-hour underground tour of the Salt Mine. Krakow is super easy to get around and the hotel was right across the road from the fabulous old city and a short walk from the Palace and river. Jordan answered any queries immediately and efficiently throughout. Just go! You'll love Krakow!

I recently used Zac at Travelpedia to book a 4 day trip to Krakow. I have to say, the service was brilliant from start to finish. Everything was organised so quickly and at a pretty amazing price which included flights, hotels and even included airport transfers in Krakow. Zac checked up on us before, during and after the trip to make sure everything was okay. Honestly, a superb service and one I look forward to using again and again. Thank you Zac!

This is my first experience with Travelpedia and was dealt with by Arya. We booked a holiday to Iceland and Arya was very helpful with everything and went above and beyond sorting things out whilst we were in Iceland. So from that good service we have booked a holiday to Portugal this year with Travelpedia again!

My 1st time to do transactions with travel agency via online messenger & find it very helpful. I’m always so doubtful to do this kind of stuff due to ignorance & lack of confidence (I would say) but 1 of the agent’s, JACOB, genuine kindness & excellent attitude towards the customer’s needs & enquiries made everything so easy & trustworthy. His patience & being so understanding deserves a great reward. I will highly recommend Jacob to anyone in dealing with travel services. Lastly, I would like to thank him for giving me additional baggage allowance (40kg). It really made my day! Big time! 🥰

Booked to visit Auschwitz, Poland. Blake organised the whole trip to Auschwitz including 2 adults and 2 children. In total it was an 8 hour trip, (including 2 hours travel time), picked up at meeting point in city centre and dropped off at the same place. The tour guide was all in english. It was an emotional day to have experienced the camp. Thank you Blake for organising the trip.
